[SOLVED] How to add custom patch to oregon core?

Hi I saw some patch scrpits on github but i dont know how to use them in my regon core source!

Adding a script depends on how the script is provided for you.
Is the script a Cpp? Is it a diff? A patch?
In some other form?
As a fork?
..

If it is a diff, do you have any git experience? (you should)
