Instant Email Notifications

I noticed that when selecting "Instantly, using email" when subscribing to a thread, it doesn't actually email you when there are replies. I don't know if email just isn't setup on the forums or what, but it would be great if it would send emails so I know when someone replies to a thread I subscribed to.

It's because I never bothered to setup email on the web server.
