My sql problem :/

Okay hey everyone. I'm having a little problem for days and I need help. Okay so I'm trying to get a website and forum working. The only problem is the myself server l. I recently moved the website to a vps with plesk on it instead of our main dedicated server. The problem is when I go to set the mysql it always says permission denied. I can log into Heidi sql from it. It's just it only says access denied so I have no clue. I've triple checked passwords but I can't seem to find any luck :/. Thanks for checking this out

You need to have a remote host added for mysql connection between web and server. If you are using plesk, make sure it's enabled.

I am not sure with Plesk, will have to look at the domain account mysql settings, but whatever you're trying to connect to with the sql, the receiving side needs to have
the senders hostname in the mysql user account ie: if web is connecting to a remote server, then server needs to add web@webs.hostname.orIP to its mysql user

We've already established this. I guess two people saying the same thing is better than two people saying the wrong thing..
