[SOLVED] rev. unknown, is it okay or not?

i noticed that in my worldserver.exe there is a test says

"TrinityCore rev. unknown"

is it okay ? i dont have any error i can play in my server normally without crash or anything so guys its okay or not ? and if not how to fix it?

This has nothing to do with server crashes and doesn't affect anything except itself. Right now your revision is the default values if it cannot obtain the correct revision values. I never had a need for it, but it doesn't mean it is pointless (which it is if it only has default values) and you might have to install something correctly to get it working properly (as far as I know).

Overall:
Revision is to tell you what version of TrinityCore you have. For example, if you have an issue, you would create an issue on TC's issue tracker then you'd supply the revision so they will know which commit(rev) you have and know how the issue developed/where to look.

it was something really simple and I don't remember who it was that posted it in the first place ..
but I think it might have suffered one of those prior rollbacks and lost to time lol ..
