It should've been disabled physically, meaning it shouldn't be showing (for normal members). However, we changed it for level 20+.

Level 20 or higher. Donators will have access to it whenever (I didn't really want to bring that up). +_+

As far as I'm told, level 20 isn't hard to get. Damn Weekend Raffle.

Yes.

I also fixed it, so it's not showing now. It's not a market feature, but level 20 users and up can change it in their profile settings.

Entering events/contests is a huge help in gaining levels. The level cap will also increase over time.

Yeah, the raffle is just one of many I have in mind. I just haven't finely tuned the other ideas yes, basically because of
the lack of entries on anything besides the weekend raffle ^.^ I guess because it's the easiest to enter.
