[SOLVED] Wont get past connecting

Alright so I have one final error lol, Ok so i have all my ports forwarded my ip changed on the DB, i have a noip host set up and host's added on drivers, but when i try to log in via realmlist as my online server it wont get past connected, then it says its unable to connect, auth and world server open up just fine, ive applied all updates exept one because when i try to it keeps saying my mysql timed out. anyway around that?

There is no need for 'noip' or anything. Unless you're just using it for a host forward..

When you have everything running, do you see your ports open @ canyouseeme.org?

Are you trying to connect locally?

yes im 99% sure i am running evrything , open port checker says i am, ive hosted online before with all the ports forwarded so i didnt need to touch em and no im wanting to put it online and take it off of just me playing it

it is possible that if you don't have the auth.realmlist address set to your external ip that it can cause a stall at connecting for external connecting clients.

wild shot .. did you edit your 'C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts' file?

I figured it out, for some reason it was saying my ports were open on port checker, but when i went into my router my static ip had changed so i changed my ports to the new ip and now its good
